What a joyful day. All the kids managed to be here by Sunday afternoon. It started with Jacob and Cori dropping Benjamin off on Friday evening. He spent the night while Jacob and Cori took an anniversary trip to Little America up town. Bekah, Hannah and Sarah did Benjamin duty--happily he slept all night. Jacob and Cori were here Saturday afternoon. Frank, Jacob and Caleb went to General Priesthood meeting together. We had a nice girls' night at the house. We manage to back a fine Chocolate Melting Cake!
Abby and Steve showed up late Saturday evening. They arrived with a spare Easter basket, which was their way of announcing that they are expecting a baby in mid September. Surprise!
Jacob and Cori spent the night, and then headed up town to attend conference in the Conference Center. Abby and Steve were at his parents, where they planned to announce their new arrival to his family. By the afternoon session, everyone was here, except Frank, who went to watch the Sunday afternoon session with his mother at Alta Ridge.
As soon as the afternoon session was over, just before dinner, the kids looked for their Easter baskets.

We capped off the day with a walk and then singing hymns around my new baby--
