Family Home Evening

Daddy’s Challenge—Please get over to see Grandma Hintze at least once a week.

Family History—(Last time we wrote was  May 9)

Dinah—Went to Nauvoo, Lava Hot Springs, Grand Canyon, Flaming Gorge. (same stuff as Caleb and Sarah) Ensemble of Bye Bye Birdie. Harp Festival at BYU—Superior rating, one judge gave her 100%.

Caleb—All of the above, not Grand Canyon, also Mt Rushmore, Devil’s Tower. Started 8th grade.

Bekah—Lead in Bye, Bye, Birdie, Flaming Gorge, Island Park, Colors Concert last night, Pirates of Penzance at Hale Theater. Dating a Man—Jeremiah Wing.

Abby—Went to Washington D.C. , Spent weekdays home alone; great with child, due any day. Bought a new car.

Steven—survived two longs months of training in Dallas, home on weekends, successfully attached the sprinkling system to the irrigation system. Turned 25.

Gracie is smiling, loves to have her bum changed.

Benjamin—been to the zoo, knows so many animal sounds. Played in the pool at Grandma’s house.

Cori—Had a baby girl in July. Gracie May.Surviving with two children. Released from R.S. calling.

jacob—graduated with Bachelors of Arts and Sciences in Accounting. Got a new accounting job. Did his first hire. Chose wisely. New callings—Stake SS counselor, and primary pianist.

Sarah—Great internship, Nauvoo, Independence, Winter Quarters, Mount Rushmore, Badlands, Cody, Wyoming, Yellowstone.  Grand Canyon, floating on Provo River (almost died), lost her car keys. Worked and worked. Greek Festival. Started back to school. 2nd year of MPA program.

Mom—all of the above trips. Music director for Willy Wonka , and Bye, Bye Birdie. Not teaching at APA this fall. Love being home. 31 piano students.

Daddy: All of the above trips, but not Grand Canyon—put in a tile floor in the kitchen. Bought some woo hah new tools. Released from 9th Ward bishopric

Lesson—Abby and Steve       Articles of Faith – Esp #13—a statement of “being”—honest, true, chaste, benevolent, virtuous and in doing good to all men. Endured many things- hope to be able to endure all things. Virtuous, lovely, of good report of praiseworthy, we seek after these things.
